He advises clients on business succession planning, contracts, and general corporate matters, with an emphasis on understanding the client’s business objectives and developing practical, cost-effective legal solutions.

His practice also includes banking and commercial litigation, where he represents clients in enforcing their rights under loan agreements, contracts, and other business arrangements. Having represented both lenders and borrowers throughout his career, Larry brings a practical understanding of the issues and objectives on both sides of a financial transaction or dispute.

Larry also serves on the Local Rules Advisory Committee for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Missouri and has frequently lectured on corporate, banking, and bankruptcy topics for organizations including the Missouri Bar, the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, and the Turnaround Management Association.
